I visited the Koru shop in Island Bay Wellington at the beginning of June as I was wanting to find an artist to paint a painting for a friend of mine's birthday in September (17th). I liked the style of your painting that were up on the walls. Anyway I took your details but then I visited an Art shop and the lady there said she could find me an artist and I meet up with this new person tomorrow. My instinct says that the Art Gallery is way off base as to what I'm wanting and she showed me an example of this painters work - which wasn't what I was after. Anyway I agreed to do a meet and greet only for tomorrow. I've just come home and remembered your details. I have looked at your website and I like the almost spritual quality you have in your paintings and how it links back to the earth - then I saw your stone carvings.
Do you do commisioned painting for people? If you do could I come up to Levin and meet you to tell you about my idea? If you dont, then I may go for one of your stone carvings instead. How much would you sell this one for?
